Bringing you a Sunday brunch like no other, the new Red Sugar Brunch offers an array of buffet options and sumptuous dishes nestled amongst our rooftop garden with unobstructed views of Victoria Harbour. Worlds away from the hustle and bustle, relax in our tropical garden with a free flow drinks package including Veuve-Clicquot champagne, Aperol Spritz, Guava, Mango and Peach Bellini stations and ‘Dress your own’ Bloody Mary.

 

Guests are invited to start with a selection of buffet appetisers from House-made Duck Foie Gras Terrine, Boston Lobster Salad to Beetroot, Vodka and Dill Cured Salmon and our international ham and cheese counters. A choice of four main courses follows including Seared Miso Cod, Challans Duck Breast, Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek and Sauteed Mushrooms in Filo Pastry. And if there’s still room, there is an enticing dessert display featuring Baba Au Rum and Strawberry Malibu Tart, not to mention the Boozy Liquid Nitro Ice-Cream!

Red Sugar Brunch is available every Sunday from 12 – 3pm starting from 24 March 2018. Priced at HK$638 + 10% for adults inclusive of free-flow drinks and HK$458 + 10% for teenagers (11-17 years old) inclusive of unlimited fresh juices and soft drinks. The buffet is not available for children under the age of 11 years of age.
