With its posh hotels, its collection of Michelin Starred restaurants, its constant and ubiquitous display of super cars, Monaco is incontrovertibly the playground for the rich and famous and one of the world’s luxury capitals. That is the magical power of Monaco to set the bar of a pedigree at the highest point and today, Monte-Carlo – its world-famous district and epicentre – enjoys one the largest & compact concentration of luxury retail in the world.

Leading the art scene in Monaco, Nouveau Musée National de Monaco (NMNM) or New National Museum of Monaco aims to educate the public about the intimate links within the cultural, historical and artistic heritage of the Principality. A cultural project birthed by NMNM, named “Training For A Museum”, does just that. From consultations with key historians, restorers, designers, writers and artists, to brainstorming of the methodology in sharing these stories with the public, NMNM does not see it as just an exhibition, but a multi-faceted museographic project true to Monaco.
