Getting back on track

You know how it feels to wake up on Monday morning after a weekend of less-than-healthy eating… Your body is puffy and bloated. Your joints are achy. Your clothes feel tight. Maybe you are feeling that way right now. I felt that way and I did not like it at all. So here I am training with Silas to get back on track.
I enjoy the convenience of training near home and cut down unnecessary traveling time. He will bring all the necessary equipments to your home or place of your choice and allow you to attain a comprehensive 60 mins total body workout that is guaranteed to burn and tone.
Don’t be surprised when you see Silas. He is not a very big guy. However, this little guy packs a knockout jab and he kicks like a mule. So put on your game face when you train with him. Silas is no quitter and he will make sure you aren’t one too.
