VOGUE SINGAPORE TURNS SIX, LAUNCHES VOGUE LIVING POP UP AT BASHEER GRAPHIC BOOKS THIS OCTOBER

Vogue Singapore is bringing its sixth-anniversary October issue beyond the page with a two-week takeover of independent bookstore, Basheer Graphic Books from 5 to 19 October 2026, celebrating the The Artisanal Issue and the debut of Vogue Living Singapore.

Fronted by rising South Korean model Woo Yunseo, Vogue Singapore’s October issue examines what it means to create in an age increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, while celebrating the enduring value of human imagination, intention and creativity.

The October issue also marks the debut of Vogue Living Singapore, a new print and digital vertical dedicated to art, interiors, design and architecture. Combining Vogue’s global design authority with a distinctly Asian perspective, it explores how culture, creativity and contemporary lifestyles shape the way we live, spotlighting homes, creative talent and design movements from Singapore and the region. Vogue Living Singapore makes its print debut as a 48-page special within the October issue, accompanied by a bespoke cover.

The partnership with Basheer Graphic Books celebrates spaces in Singapore that are supporting a vibrant creative culture and a shared appreciation for print, reading and visual storytelling. As a longstanding destination for the design community, Basheer provides a natural setting for Vogue Living—bringing together the inspiration found in books and images with new perspectives on interiors, architecture, art and culture.

The covers of The Artisanal Issue and the inaugural Vogue Living Singapore will take over Basheer’s storefront and magazine displays, alongside a dedicated magazine showcase and reading nook.

Furnished by Commune, the reading nook brings a residential touch to the bookstore setting, offering a considered space for visitors to pause and peruse the October issue. The first 50 visitors will also receive a complimentary copy of Vogue Singapore’s October issue.

Through the month, Vogue Singapore continues to engage audiences and creatives with the inaugural Vogue Living Conversations taking place on 16 October at the Ngee Ann Kongsi Auditorium at National Gallery Singapore. Bringing together more than 15 leading voices from Singapore and Southeast Asia, the one-day programme will explore the future of cities, the evolving meaning of home and place, Southeast Asian design identity, and the intersections of fashion, furniture and design.

The wider Vogue Living Singapore programme will also see the Singapore premiere of ABITO at National Gallery Singapore from 3 to 17 October, presented in partnership with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Embassy of Italy in Singapore and Palomba Serafini Associati. Following its debut at Salone del Mobile in Milan, the exhibition explores the evolving role, identity and agency of women through fashion, design, furniture, objects and imagery.

Vogue Singapore’s October issue, including the inaugural Vogue Living Singapore special, will be available at bookstores and online via the Vogue Singapore Shop from 5 October 2026.
