PropertyGuru Home Run: Singapore returns with more star power, fresh challenges and more reasons to watch

Twelve property agents compete across five episodes, joined by familiar entertainment faces, property experts and industry leaders, with viewers invited to take part in a first-ever Fan Favourite vote supporting Children’s Aid Limited.

PropertyGuru’s Home Run: Singapore returns to screens on 8 October, bringing celebrity encounters and creative property challenges to a new season of the reality competition. Twelve property agents will compete, joined by a star-studded line-up of special guests and the show’s first audience-powered Fan Favourite vote.

Across five episodes, contestants will take on challenges inspired by the decisions Singaporeans make around homes, from presenting properties in unexpected ways to reimagining spaces around different lifestyles and client needs.

“Home Run was created to show a side of property agents that audiences do not always get to see: the creativity, judgement and human understanding behind the work they do,” said Dr Yao Lu, Managing Director of PropertyGuru Singapore. “This season, we are opening that up even further by bringing in voices from entertainment, design and the broader property industry, while giving viewers a way to be part of the experience too. It is great to see new partners joining us and bringing even more of Singapore’s property community into the show. Ultimately, we want to make property knowledge useful, accessible and enjoyable for more Singaporeans.”

Celebrity guests amp up the entertainment factor

Social media personality, Dewy Choo, returns as host this season, joined by Season 2 winner Zaccheus Sabai as co-host.

The guest line-up includes Mediacorp artiste Tyler Ten, winner of “Best Supporting Actor” and Most Popular Rising Star at Star Awards 2026, as well as Mediacorp Personalities Justin Ang and Vernon Anthonisz, better known as The Muttons.

Also joining the season are entertainer Annette Lee, and Johnathan Chua and Patrina Tan from The Daily Ketchup.

Architect and space-planning expert Cliff Tan of Dear Modern will step into the judging seat for one of the season’s challenges. Known for his practical approach to transforming spaces, Tan has built a combined following of 4.9 million across Instagram and TikTok.

Leaders from Singapore’s major property agencies will also join the judging panel at different stages of the competition, bringing additional perspectives from across the industry.

The property industry comes together

Far East Organization joins Home Run for the first time as the official Series Partner and Developer, broadening the series’ industry participation alongside the agents, agency leaders and property professionals featured on screen.

Mediacorp returns as Official Media Partner, while Class 95 comes on board as Official Radio Station. Together, these partnerships extend the show’s reach across television, digital and radio.

The winning agent will receive a PropertyGuru Platinum account worth over $30,000, while the runner-up will receive a PropertyGuru Gold account worth over $12,000. The prizes will help the winners build on their success in the competition, raise their professional profiles and create more opportunities to grow their careers.

Your favourite agent, your vote, for a good cause

For the first time, viewers can join in through Home Run’s Fan Favourite vote, supporting the contestant who wins them over. Voting is open until 29 October 2026 at vote.propertyguru.com.sg.

For every vote received, PropertyGuru will donate $1 to Children’s Aid Limited, up to a maximum donation of $20,000. The donation will support the organisation’s work with children and youths as they take their next steps towards independence.

Home Run: Singapore premieres on Channel 5 on 8 October 2026, airing every Thursday at 7.30pm. Episodes will also be available on mewatch and the Mediacorp and PropertyGuru YouTube channels.
