Flavours of Hong Kong at Peppermint

Peppermint is pleased to present the Flavours of Hong Kong buffet, available from 23 August (Dinner) until 30 September 2024. Curated by Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and his team, this culinary affair will transport you to Hong Kong’s vibrant culinary scene

Diners will embark on a nostalgic gastronomic journey through the city’s rich culinary heritage with the following stations:

  • The Aberdeen (Fishing Village): A tribute to Hong Kong’s coastal roots, featuring the freshest catch with dishes such as Oyster Porridge and Cold Cuttlefish with Mustard and Soya Sauce.
  • Dai Pai Dong (Big Licence Stall): Embrace the lively street food scene with iconic dishes such as Typhoon Shelter Crab and Steamed Lobster with Garlic, bringing the bustling energy of Hong Kong’s markets to your plate.
  • The Kowloon Walled City: Delve into the unique history of this legendary enclave with hearty favourites including Kowloon Walled City Claypot Duck and Salted Duck Egg Chicken Claypot Rice.
  • Cha Chaan Teng (Tea Restaurant) & Dim Sum Delights: Relive the cosy charm of Hong Kong’s tea restaurants with a selection of dim sum and classics – Cantonese-Western Seafood Baked Rice and Hong Kong Curry Beef Brisket.
  • Dessert Station: No Hong Kong experience is complete without its signature sweets. Enjoy Lotus Paste Sago Pudding, Double Boiled Milk Custard, and the beloved Bolo Buns and Egg Tarts.

Beyond these Hong Kong delights, Peppermint’s buffet also features international offerings like a Seafood Island and Japanese Station, making this an all-encompassing dining experience!
