Organised by Publico, the two-day event will present Publico’s first pop-up experience – a Publico branded Vintage Vespa Sidecar parked stationary at Quayside, Robertson Quay and will offer complimentary gelato ice creams and helium balloons to residents and diners at Robertson Quay as a “thank you gesture”” to the residents and diners for bearing with us as the 389-seater restaurant and bar, Publico, takes shape.
The event is opened to Public.

200 x NameCards containing information about Publico will be given away. Residents can present the card at Publico (when we open) to redeem a complimentary glass of Peroni beer.
Interactive Q&A
- Each resident will be encouraged to pick a lucky question from the Publico Bowl and answer a question e.g. “What’s your favourite Italian verse?” and write down their response on an A3 Card.
